Tips for using Sitters and Abbs maps with Risen3D v2.2.15

The new version packs now use jpeg so distribution size has be cut down 
considerably, keep in mind you require v2.2.15 to run the repacked maps.

Sitters and Abbs map packs have self contained models and hires textures, 
in fact you cannot play these maps without them.

IMPORTANT: Make sure you have first installed both Risen3D v2.2.15 
           as well as the latest Risen3D model packs 1 and 2.
           It is also recommended you install Sitters and Abbs enhanced
           models packs for greater effect as in most instances the maps
           have been designed for use of these models.

You will need a PC with at least a 2GB CPU and a FX 6600 or equivalent  
to run these maps at acceptable frames rates.


- If your graphics card has less than 256 MB of onboard memory then make 
  sure you check the 'Texture compression' option in the R3Dlauncher.

- If you have an EAX compatible sound card make sure you have 3D sound 
  enabled to take advantage of the advanced environmental sounds.

- Make sure Vsync is enabled, this will run the game at your monitor 
  refresh rate ensuring much smoother gameplay and less stress on your 
  hardware.

- Lower music volume so as ambient sounds can be clearly heard.
